WLR Precision engineers specialise in the following areas:
We have a range of HAAS CNC lathes, some with bar feed capability and Machining Centres with 4th Axis capability. The majority having Renishaw measurement probes and Laser Tool Measurement.
Programmes are generated off-line and can be produced by drawing or loading electronic files such as IGES and DXF files from customer supplied files.
All machines are DNC linked to a central server with automatic back-up. Manufactured parts can be Laser marked with Serial Numbers or Bar-Code.
