CNC Milling
HAAS TM-1
The Haas Toolroom Mill -- XYZ travels of 30" x 12" x 16" (762 x 305 x 406 mm). The TM-1 provides plenty of room for larger workpieces.
HAAS VF-2
The Haas VF-2 vertical machining center has 30" x 16" x 20" (762 x 406 x 508 mm) travels and is built utilizing vibration-damping cast-iron components.
The VF-2 has a 40-taper cartridge spindle driven by a 20 hp (14.9 kW) vector drive and optional 2-speed gearbox.
HAAS VF-3
The Haas VF-3 vertical machining center has 40" x 20" x 25" (1016 x 508 x 635 mm) travels. The VF-3 has a 40-taper cartridge spindle driven by a 20 hp (14.9 kW) vector drive and will also run up to 7500 rpm in 1.2 seconds for finishing aluminum.
The machine is complemented by a 24+1 side-mount tool changer
HAAS VF-4
The Haas VF-4 vertical machining center has 50" x 20" x 25" (1270 x 508 x 635 mm) capacity The VF-4 has a 40-taper cartridge spindle driven by a 20 hp (14.9 kW) vector drive -- and will also run up to 7500 rpm in 1.2 seconds for finishing aluminum.
The machine is complemented by 24+1 side-mount tool changer.
HAAS VM-3
Designed specifically for mold making, the VM-3 is a high-performancemachine featuring a generous 40" x 26" x 25" (1016 x 660 x 635mm) work cube, a 54" x 25" (1372 x 655mm) table, a 12,000-rpm spindle powered by a 30-hp vector dual drive system, and a high-speed control with full look-ahead. It has a maximum weight capacity of4000 lb. The VM-3 has 24+1 side-mount tool changer that swaps tools in 2.8 seconds and high-speed machining software.
HAAS Mini Mill
A generous work envelope of 406 x 304 x 254 mm (16" x 12" x 10") . This super-compact machine features a 40-taper spindle, speeds to 6000 rpm, 15.2 m/min rapids and a 10-pocket automatic tool changer.
HAAS Super Mini
A generous 508 x 406 x 355 mm (20" x 16" x 14") work envelope and comes standard with a 10,000-rpm spindle, 30.5 m/min rapids, rigid tapping and a high-speed tool changer. It's the ideal machine for the type of drilling and tapping required by the electronics industry, or for high-speed contouring of small molds.
