This software provides a comprehensive and high performance suite of solutions. These includes a three-dimensional solid modelling system; which when integrated with other design tools in the I-deas NX Series, such as surfacing, assembly and draughting; provide an ability to design, simulate, optimize, document, build, and test products within an integrated digital environment.
The computer model can then be used to generate machine tool path data, using Computer Aided Manufacturing software.
Our engineers are typically time served with many years experience in the prototype and sub-contracting industry. Some with higher education qualifications including HNC's and degree's in Engineering, thus giving the company an excellent knowledge base.
We can work from conceptual ideas or detailed CAD data to produce fully assembled working prototypes to test out product durability, prove out your production intent processes as well as carry out tolerance capability studies.
CNC Milling
We have a range of CNC lathes including bar feed capability with the majority having Renishaw tool measurement probes.
Holding devices
Including Face Plates, Chucks, Fixtures and Precision Colletts. Programmes are produced off-line and can be produced by drawing or loading electronics files such as DXF files.
